Remiss in posting my L3 photo from October - 8" AGM Pike on an M2050X. A little rainy that day at URRG, but still a great flight!

One of my favorite launch vids. I fell in love with the design of the Pike here and made plans for the FG 2.6” version in post 176 above. Went all out with it. Got a Loki 38mm K627 on deck for her. WOOOOOOO!!!! And this version flies just and straigjt and true.

This is my L1 rocket, a LOC IV with Stickershock vinyl that I designed. My motor retainer wouldn't fit on my originally planned engine, an Aerotech H115DM 29mm, but I was still able to get my cert using a reload, H130W 38mm, from a fellow rocketeer. Below is a launch with the engine I originally planned to use, Aerotech H115DM.

I have selected the CTI i540 for my LVL 1 as well, since I am going to fly with DD the overall weight is quite high, how was the flight? I am going for a 38mm 6 Grain case and spacer.
Oh, man. That motor cooks. Didn't cert L1 with it, but I flew my 3" LOC Iris on it shortly after. Don't blink! And I'm a CTI man myself, as well. Have had a 100% success rate with their motors so far.

Yes from the specs it does sound really powerful, I will have to decide if I want to launch with DD or not, otherwise will go for a I350 ... but will definetely try the I540 after! Thanks for your advice, I followed all your LVL 2 adventure, you did a such great job!

Thanks, man! It is spelled misadventure, though. lol But it's all good. I was "failing forward" until I succeeded.
