I wish I could've made it down this year but with the cost of motors these days, it just wasn't in the books. I'll get my 5.5" Gobby up again maybe next year and possibly my full scale ARCAS

I will post a link to more of my photos and video soon, but here's a quick cellphone snapshot of Gary Dahlke's M-powered launch.

Yep! We're still awaiting the harvest.

Someone foolishly flew a white Estes Quark at our last launch. Never to be seen again.

Sorry I missed the WTSV "Nearly Thanksgiving" Launch Bill !

But Baby Ruby's first burthday party up in Waxahachie was a lot of fun too !

You made me look -- the Estes Quark looks about like a 13mm version of the infamous Estes Mosquito which I rarely ever recovered, even on a mowed field.

I hope the loss wasn't too discouraging for the ( ??? young ??? ) rocketeer !

You said on the West Texas Space Vaqueres Mailing List that you flew a Quest E35W and a Featherweight GPS in your scratch "Mexico Lindo", which is pictured above in the tall cotton.

"Cute" name, BTW :)

I've got a 2-pack of E35W Q-Jets and my next iteration of "La Pequeña Vulcanita 34" sims to about the same 1800 feet which is about right for a shakedown cruise ...

Did you get a nice straight smoky boost from the E35 ?

Do you have any data from the flight ?

Thanks Bill !
