I just wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent customer/product service by Big Red Bee (BRB). About 8 days ago on Sunday I called BRB and left a message to order a replacement 440 MHZ 100 mw tracking transmitter. The phone call was returned within a few hours on that same Sunday and the new transmitter was in the mail on Monday, arrived on Weds. and was used at a launch with ROSCO yesterday. In essence purchased, shipped coast to coast (Oregon to S.C.) and utilized in 7 days. Not only does BRB produce excellent products, but their customer service is second to none!
