Greg Clark of Big Red Bee offers excellent customer service and fully backs his products. I had a 70 cm tracker stop functioning after a few years of use. I called Greg and then mailed the tracker to him for assessment. In a relatively short period of time, a new tracking transmitter showed up in my mail box with no bill or charge. Greg makes great products and thoroughly backs them up!
