Yes, the MiG-17 was a fighter jet invented by and flown by Godless Communists. But, dang, it is impressive buzzing the crowd in full afterburner at an airshow.

It’s OK. This one has been liberated from the Evil Empire by the forces of freedom.

I got to watch that MIG fly at Thunder over Michigan, the afterburner is even more impressive when you can feel it.

But the godless commie plane didn’t compare to the rumble from an F-22.
