Everything, you are the first person to inquire here or on RP.
FYI, I will entertain offers but with the high cost of properly packing and shipping these sorts of things I thought my prices were pretty fair considering that I don't charge Paypal fees and S&H costs are included in the prices listed.
Certainly wouldn't mind feedback from anyone looking that thinks a particular price is high.
