Estes Saros Upscale (BT-55)

Always loved the Estes Saros. I've now made an upscale with 3D printed parts that I've uploaded on Thingiverse.

The rocket had 3 great flights at Freedom Launch 2018 in Camden SC.

Why printed parts?
Must be parts available in plastic or balsa.

I choose to go with a 3D printer. I choose to go the 3D printer route in this year and to print other rocket related things, not because it's easy, but because it's fulfilling, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of my energies and skills, because that challenge is one that I was willing to accept, one I wasn't willing to postpone, and one which I intended to succeed in, and for the others (with 3D printers), too.

Has anyone had the chance to print the parts and build the rocket? I'm curious how yours have turned out.

I had quite some support issues and haven't revisited it.

You do not need to use any support the on parts! Read the "Summary" and the "Print Settings" on how to print them.
