Estes Hornet

Completed the Hornet, another nice kit from Estes. The Hornet is easy to build, and has been a good flyer in the past so I'm sure this one will be fine. Painted with Krylon, and the supplied Estes decal was no problem.

Mine is primed and I'm looking for a nice bright yellow...say, what brand/color did you use?

That is Krylon Fusion, over a white base. It's actually more glossy that the picture shows, overcast day.

Yellow works good over a silver base has well.

That's the old Centuri Hornet!

Didn't somebody ask me to do the old Centuri decals for that?
