Just wondering what the wire gauge of a typical ematch lead like daveyfire N28B's is. I have some 2 conductor stranded speaker wire, I'd say about 24 gauge that I've used to wire up my altimeter bay (running to the ejection charges) and I need to know if this is ok for carrying the current involved. It's the kind with the coppper and nickel leads. I know it's definitely thick enough but can it be too heavy? Any help is much appreciated.:)

Thanks that puts me more at ease.:) It works fine with automotive bulbs for testing. If I can I'll try to get a real test fire in before flight.
