Are there effective 3D printable ejection baffles? If so, where can I get the STLs. Would PLA+ be good enough to use for that?

These I just designed a couple of days ago. They are baffle bulkheads for a LOC 3" coupler with centered holes for 1/4 eyebolts. They are a chucky 6.3mm thick. I printed mine with 100% infill in PETG. You can resize/remix as you see fit. They should last for a good while. These have not been tested yet except for fitment.

PLA is not that resistant to heat. I use PETG for my baffles up to a BT-60 size.

Pretty sure this is the one I use and modify:

Weight is the biggest issue - try to make it as light as possible - IE only 1 parameter...
That's the one I used in my Betamax builder's kit. It works great!
