I was able to get the fin assy installed into the body. Took a bit of doing, but got it done. wonderful build! May I ask how you installed the hatch door? Looks like made with a coupler tube. My question regards on how you managed to put the inner side in and then to slide the MMT with the CRs.

On mine, i laid it on top of the tray when I slid the fin can into the body tube. Then lifted it into position to glue it in.

What a GREAT solution…. What angle to you use ? I’ve been using a belt sander with so-so results.

Not sure of the angle. 30 degrees? I went 1/4" up the plywood.
