Will a 30" chute and 15' of shock cord fir into a 10-11" space, or should I move my baffle back and give myself some more room I would then have 15" of space and the added bonus of mounting my fins TTW to the baffle.
I may have to move up to a 36" chute when the rocket is completed, depending on finished weight.
The airframe is 2.6" with an estimated finished weight of 30oz.

My tip for the day always plan ahead before you cut slots and decide in your head how a rocket "should" end up.
