Agreed. On Wednesday evening I pulled out my V2 Sport, which had the same issue. Emailed Tim, sent him a couple of photos so he could see it, and he shipped me a replacement Thursday.
Mistakes/errors happen. The trick is how you deal with it once it has occurred. Once again, Tim has taken care of business in a timely and professional manner.
