    What Did you drive?

Current car ( and first car ) is an '04 cavalier. Ugly gold color. 4 speed auto. Complete rust bucket. Unsafe to drive. But it's been pretty darn reliable. Bought it for 1200

Misc. Stuff for Sale- Clearing out a bit

Hi guys, I need to sell a few of my things to cut down on my supply. I just don't have time for rocketry as much as I used to. I'll be listing items here. I'll update this list as I dig more things out but for now I'll start with this: -RRC2+ Used once: $40 shipped(***Pending MikeyDSlagle***)...

I know it isn't done yet but will it stay together?

All I can say is that you need to find a mentor. While it is a huge jump in impulse limits, and it will be a lengthy process, someone with experience flying O motors would be your best bet to build a successful rocket. A group of us young'ns on here built a rocket that flew on a M. The highest...

    1/4 in Kevlar Too Much?

I fly my LOC IV with 1/8 braided kevlar at about 15ft. I've never zippered it.

    Lines on body tubes

It's just so beautiful!!! Honestly, I don't put much work into my paint jobs because they never last for me. I can't even load a rocket in the car without destroying the paintjob. :p

    Rejected Reality 7.5" Rocket Build!

I changed it a while ago but I guess it's kind of changed itself back. Everybody I see calls it Big Bootay and so even I started calling it that. :)

    Rejected Reality 7.5" Rocket Build!

Just realized I never updated this. The rocket flew when we flew OCF in August. I removed the upper payload section and flew it short with a motor delay to about 2,500 feet. Flight up was great and the ejection charge went off right at apogee. However, The parachute didn't open even though it...

PML Eclipse and custom built Estes Executioner 29mm

Yeah, this seems to be happening a lot lately. I can see being a little suspicious but some people really need to calm down. So many people get scared away on this form because members attack them not trusting them.

    launch day pacing

Well, If I was flying only L1 flights, I could do I think 3 maybe 4 in a day. Anything that requires dual deployment is pretty much limited to a maximum of 2. When we flew OCF, I was able to do another L2 flight that day. The only reason I was able to though, was because Connor did a lot of...

    EggTimer Quark question

Give him a break! He made one poor quality unit in the over 100 he's done. He's going above and beyond trying to make you happy and here you are going around trying to convince people he messes up and does terrible work. That's stupid. He's a 16 year old kid trying to have a life. He's owning up...

Having too much fun making pens

A list of reasons I want a wood lathe: Nose Cones Transitions Turning down centering rings Pens Bowls Other Small Trinkets I'm excited to say that I may be getting a lathe soon for the cost of $0 from my schools woodshop. It would really only be useful for bowls and because it is missing the...

    Junior Level One: 4" Patriot

Well, to be completely honest, the vent hole you have is wayy too large. 1/4" is bigger than you need for most rockets. A vent hole for your rocket should be like 7/64th or so
