We're only a couple of weeks away from the CTRA-NARCONN Invitational launch in Hurley, NY on September 14th and 15th! More information about the club, launch, and field can be found here:

https://ctranarconn.wordpress.com/

Anyone already making the plans to make it out for the launch? Let's discuss what everyone's flying!

Invitational update

Work detail today to clean and check out equipment, setup range and test new Wilson Launch system (thanks Rocket Rev for solid system & Wildman for delivery)
Addition of 6 mid-power pads from Craig N. along with 2 new heavy pads, special thanks to Mike C. for beautiful fabrication.
Fields have been cut and recently disked, plenty of room for soft landings.

6K limit, plenty of pads, AMW Pro-X will be on site
With addition of new heavy pads, looking to allow up to "L" impulse with advance notice of project/ flight particulars etc and approval by Prefect or club Pres.

Just a reminder:
This is a working farm, they are still cutting some fields, so beware of equipment especially around the processing/loading dock.
Keep the speeds down while driving thu for safety and dust control.

Looking forward to great weekend.

Wish I could be there for this one. I got my start in High Power with CTRA back in 2002. Great club!

I'll be there bright and early Saturday morning. Tentative Flight Plan.

Shape Shifter - CTI I303BS

Also If anyone needs anything from ProLine Rocketry Just order on line and put CTRA in the notes. I'll deliver it to you on the field Saturday with FREE shipping.
