I really hate to do it, but I have to sell my one-of-a-kind 4" Madcow Fiberglass Super DX3 with custom wrap from Stickershock23 because, to be completely honest, we have a dental bill for my daughters new braces that we are a couple hundred dollars short on and the orthodontist is not willing to give us the 3 weeks we need to get him his money, so unfortunately this must go. This rocket is my pride and joy and has only been flown one time at ROCStock 37 on June 8, 2013 in Lucerne Valley, Ca. to an altitude of 9,200 feet. It is set up for dual deploy. Here is everything that will come with this package deal.

1) Madcow 4" Super DX3 w/54mm MMT
2) 96" Blue/Orange Rocketman Parachute
3) SkyAngle Cert.3 24" Multi-Color Drogue
4) Older Rocketman Neon Orange Ballistic Parachute (New! Not Pictured)
5) 54mm AeroPack Retainer
6) Two 30" Shock Cord Protectors
7) 18'x18" Parachute Blanket
8) 9"x9" Parachute Blanket
9) PerfectFlite Stratologger SL100 Altimeter w/Manual
10) PerfectFlite DT3U Data Kit w/Manual
11) Wooden Electronics Sled
12) Custom Designed One-Of-A-Kind Wrap Printed & Installed by Mark & Marian Hayes @ StickerShock23 (they said I could name drop so I am )
13) CTI 54mm Motor Casings (2gr., 3gr., 4gr., 6gr., DAT Tool, Rear Closure, & 2 Spacers all in plastic tubes)
14) Installed Rotary Key Switch with Keys for the Electronics
15) Two 1,500lb swivels attached to chutes
16) Two 3/16" QuickLinks
17) Rocket Stand made of 1" Sch. 40 PVC Pipe

I have over $1,200 invested into this rocket set up and am asking $800 OBO. Those of you on hthis forum who are familiar with me know I am an honest person (at least I hope you do...lol). I will deliver to the L.A. area, Inland Empire, or Las Vegas. Or you can pick it up at my home or at the monthly ROC launch in Lucerne Valley, Ca. I am willing to ship BUT the buyer pays for ALL SHIPPING COSTS (including boxes and packing materials), and it will be costly because it will be packed to withstand a nuclear blast . If you are interested you can email me at [email protected] or call me at 760-985-7075. If I don't answer please leave a message and I will return your call ASAP. Thanks for looking.

PM replied to. Thank you.

The adhesive used in this build is the West Systems kit using the 105 Resin and the 206 Hardener. The fillets are made with the same epoxy with a filler of 3M glass microspheres. It is drilled and tapped to use three #4-40 shear pins/nylon screws. The AV bay is epoxied into place but still runs DD just fine.

I know it would take more work on your part but you may have better luck selling you items if you break them up in groups. cases, rocket, recovery. Just an idea. The rocket is very nice but I have all the other items in numbers.

Crossfire: I completely understand what you mean. The problem that I have with that is that this is the only 54mm rocket I have, and if all I end up selling is the motor cases, then I am stuck with a rocket that I cannot launch...and vice versa. If I sell the rocket then I have cases I can't use. I appreciate your suggestion very much. Thank you.

I have decided to keep this rocket so it is no longer for sale. Thank you for looking.
