I think I have a 105 nozzle, In what way is it different?
Good stuff - nice find.. definately vintage Kosdon motors, I remember talking to Frank when he was raving about the really cool ziplock bags he'd gotten .
I still have quite a few of those myself.
also, the 1" od motors use .875" snaprings.

I have some of these reloads, cases and nozzles. I'm having a hard time figuring out what nozzle throats go with what reloads..

Any J1500sThat's just the fast 25mm loads. I also have 12 250ns H200 Slow loads and 6 250ns H105 Dirty Harry loads. I met Frank at LDRS 19(?) At Orangeburg SC and he personally assisted in building my first Kosdon reloads. I picked up most of my stuff from Ken Allen or Dave Triano

I flew my Shadow Raven with a Kosdon a 38mm J1500. It really did leave pad like a rifle shot. So fast. It makes VMAX look slow. There is a video on MWP 9 2010 video. You can hear Wildman saying he never seen rail wipe like that.

I believe there is a provision for flying previously certified, out of production motors at commercial launches...Great loads. Are they EX now?

The expiration date is three years after the motor is deemed de-certified, to give flyers time to use up any motors they have already purchased. After the expiration date passes, the motors can no longer be used.
It is also my understanding that DE Certified motors are not considered fair game for launches. For instance, there is an Ellis Mountain J that is known as the "Boom Stick"... I don't remember the designation. There were enough incidents that I think this motor was decertified. I'm sure there are other examples.
I wonder which is correct.
