What program to use to design micros?

Looking to design some micros but don’t know where or how to do it. Program? Layout?

For the artwork, like a body tube with logos or decals ready to print on cardstock, you can use just about any drawing program. I like InkScape because you can set actual size dimensions on screen that print to scale.

Are you talking about designing the rocket, or printing the components and artwork on cardstock paper?
