Not sure but judging from the Russian ship in the background I'd guess a show at one of their ports

It also looks to be fairly short, maybe a F4U?Well, it's definitely a head scratcher. I figure it's ww2 or earlier. Likely american (continental tire/tube). Got a little odd geometry to it but I'm guessing it's a main gear , wing mounted.
