Wait times on CTI?

Hello all,
I’ve heard of delays on CTI orders and wanted to know if anyone has the inside scoop on what it’s looking like.
The main reason I ask is because I submitted a warranty claim for a failed motor and was curious how long others have waited for a replacement reload and case.

about 7 years and counting for my warranty claim.

Depends on the CTI dealer you purchased the product from. Some will replace it out of dealer stock and wait for the replacement in their next order. Other dealers will wait for the replacement from CTI then notify you. CTI doesn't normally ship warranty replacement direct to the consumer.

Lately, with only certain propellants being made by CTI, and long lead times from machinist, it might be a long wait.

I guess my wait time hasn’t been as bad as yours, lol. I’ve only been waiting since October.

To John's point it varies by vendor, but all the more reason to reach out to said vendor, touch base, and kindly request an update.
