I'll be demoing CTI's New M1101WH on Saturday. Still undecided which bird it'll be going in though, one of these though: 6" Hellfire, Formula 150, Intimidator 5, Vorlon 5.

I've never seen the 6" Hellfire fly...so do that :)

I'd love to see the 6" Hellfire fly...
I really like that retro look,,,
Right out of a 1950's SiFi movie....

I'll definitely second the Hellfire....

It's a Blue. Rough numbers from Burnsim has it at 2480 ish.
I know it's usually a tad higher than that.

My 2G 98 mm was an L 1650
The 76 mm 6,000 it was an M 2082 ~5900 Ns

We'll see, hopefully the rocket and motor both survive the flight!

JD

JD - Any more info on the 98-3G? 2750 avg thrust is pretty high for that motor, looks to be a blue?

Are the other motors 54mm?

Just got off the phone with Wildman.... K1100T is on the way to URRF. My 3" wildman is all set for the up part. Now to workout the down in the next 24 hours. :)

Finally finalized my flight plan:

6" THOR - CTI M1520BS
Intimidator 5 - CTI M1830CS
FORMULA 150 - Demo of the New CTI M1101WH
6" STINGER - CTI L995RL
PAINKILLER 3 - CTI J355RL

Also anyone interested in picking up a PAINKILLER 3 Come see me I'll have them on hand.

That's pretty cool. How high are you expecting it to go? I'm guessing maybe 10,000 ft.

I also have Everything figured out as well.

Blackhawk 38- H148 to 4,000 ft

Super DX3- H178 for my JR. L1 attempt

Calvin&Hobbes 2 stager- booster on an H999 and sustainer on a H242 to about 4,300ft. I will be using an eggtimer for the separation of the booster and for parachute deployment of the booster.

For the sustainer I will have a RRC2 and another eggtimer. The RRC2 will control the dual deployment and the eggtimer will light the sustainer motor.

I am using a Eggfinder for tracking purposes in the nose cone.

It turns out I can't make the event. Plumbing leak and water, someone tried to use my credit card number so I'm waiting for the replacement, and work... sort of a perfect storm. But I'm sending up my 9 grain 75mm EX 8200M5200 MgLight for a burn, along with some chutes. Hopefully both the motor and Daniel Sheerer's rocket hang together because we're really pushing the limits on this one!
