Ok I had an Alpha 2 a while ago and it blew away in the wind with a parachute. There was barely any wind that day. Now very recently I bought a fire streak sst with a streamer recovery. I had a launch with it that was semi windy outside and it did not travel far. I just bought a Bandito rocket with a parachute recovery but I installed a streamer on it instead. Both of these rockets weigh about 1.00 ounce but I dont know what recovery system is best for them?

Well, it mainly depends on what type of ground you fly on, how windy it is, and how heavy the rocket is. If you fly on a grass field, I'd use streamers no even if there is no wind. They are definately light enough to recover without damage.

For anything under 1.5 oz. on a grass field I'd use a streamer or you risk excessive "floatage" toward the nearest rocket eating trees.
