Hey T.....as usual ,that looks great. You have that certain touch when it comes to those rivets ,adds a whole new level of realism ,no doubt about that !

I can hardly wait to see your paint job.....gonna be nice I`ll bet.

Thank you for the kind words and positive response.

Hey man ,is that basecoat of paint ? Looks a little glossy.....is the end near ?

The rivets look great in that light...nice.I`ll have to try that technique soon.

How big in diameter would you say those rivets measure ?

The weather here is great right now ,so painting is in full swing.

It's your favorite, Krylon white primer sanded smooth.

Yes, but need to get remotivated about it.

Remember my Krylon "primer rant" ? Too bad you didn`t live closer to me ,you would had enough to last you a good long time.;)

Yah ,I know what you mean about getting motivated.I think having a few builds going at one time helps me with that problem.Although I was working nights the last couple of weeks ,so nothing got done. But that BS is finished ,and I`m on holidays for a week

Well ,back outside for some painting.

Adding rivets?
Wouldn't have thought of that on a rocket.
Plastic models with a max speed of zero, sure.
Hmmm . . . something else new to do on rockets.

This place overflows with ideas - kinda like a quirky large scale minimum gauge, "Gn15" model railway forum.
Would it be impolite to add that sig line used there is "Screw the rivets, I'm building for atmosphere"?

Another perspective of the rivets. Also shows off the bevels on the fins.
