Strangely, up to this point I have only use Schurter switches in applications where brown works. Now for my MAC Performance Scorpion I want to go with a light blue/silver combo and even the Stickershock decals wouldn't hide the ugly dark brown circle. So I am painting the switch. Have others done this? So far at the primer stage, works fine...

Tim,
I've painted switches, screw heads etc. -works great. Paint it with the key in so the paint doesn't get on the internal mechanism -- get color coded keys.

Dan, yeah, I have painted screws before, just worried about switch mechanism/movement, but really just "misting" the paint on so it seems OK.
