I did a scratch Semi-Scale proof/test for flight https://www.rocketryforum.com/showthread.php?70827-SA-3-Goa-Semi-Scale-2-Stage-with-Cluster-Booster using only this drawing

BTW Thanks STMOON for the drawings, they will be real handy when I go to do real scale model.

Just to be absolutely clear:
The aft fins, as shown in that drawing, are in the rotated-forward-for-transport-and-storage configuration. They pivot about the rear edge of the (apparent) root chord. They appear to travel through 90 degrees to the "flight" position as shown by the dotted lines in the scale drawing. When the aft fins are in the correct "flight" position, that fin area will be located further aft on the rocket and will result in greater stability.

I am building this now, in a series of models, and was going to share my research compiled over the past few years, and add some useful stuff to this thread, but I'm going to keep this one to myself and the person who queried if I could come up with a actual model.
Maybe you'll get to see one of their flights or threads about it if they ever decide to use what data and possible techniques I've compiled.

And here is the "Modernized Version".

Cheesy video, but you can see when you pause it from time to time that the edges have been blended.
The launch vehicles here are in their prime, and Russian Engineers are not being punished for their attention to detail.
These are actual Kill $%&* Warheads.

And in real life, there is likely an Engineer Battalion to make all that stuff invisible or hidden in plain sight.
The aspect of the video is for demonstration purposes only.

I started building a large scale version of the GOA for NARAM 52 Giant Sport Scale Event. I had no problem creating all the masters, but couldn't seam to get a good cast part, plus they were simply too heavy. I have a lot more images of the build not posted online. My booster used a LOC 4" tube. I might start working on it again for the next time NARAM comes to Pueblo. I believe I will created hollow fiberglass fins using my Silicon female molds.
