Do they come in a size that will fit in a 38mm airframe?
You bet, and will still light up up to a 3" tube very nicely!
About 20 different program patterns built in, you can select with a touch of two pins, same controller as Wildman's LED board just 1 rev before, so no Switch to push, just two pins to short instead.
