recommend good cold/wet weather boots?

I live in West Tennessee. Temperature some time to get down into the teens and it does get wet and muddy. I walk the dog everyday. Anybody recommend a good brand or style of boots for under $100?

I have a pair of Sorel that I use when I go ice fishing. I also have a pair of Muck that I wear for everything else. The mucks are lite and I enjoy wearing them.

+1 on the muck boots. I've got a pair that are the perfect, for me, barn boots. I leave 'em out on the back porch so I don't bring in the mess. Even in the single digits they don't seem to chill my feet when they go on.

I carry mail. In Buffalo. Cold/Wet is kinda my thing. Neos overshoes - under 100, very good. Slip right over jogging shoes (or other boots, etc), and I've worn them like that for ten hours sub-zero. Sorel Otters are a good choice. Also Kamik makes a good insulated boot for cold/wet conditions.
