Radical Rocketeers - July 12 - Great Meadows, NJ

The Radical Rocketeers will be holding their next launch on Saturday July 12th, from 9am to 4pm at their home field in Great Meadows, NJ. The range will be open to low, mid and high power flights, with an FAA waiver in effect to 5000 feet.

We are located just minutes from I-80 exit 19 in northwestern NJ, near Hackettstown. That's about 20 minutes from the Delaware Water Gap for those coming from PA. See our website at https://www.radrocketeers.org for more info and directions to the field.

Great launch, perfect weather! I had quite a few flights, a couple not 100% perfect, but every rocket was recovered, and no damage to any so all in all a great day!

Despite some issues with my remote, got some decent video with the GoPro. Sorry if I missed your flight!

I had a great time on saturday! I had a great flight of my Shapeshifter Mini with a G53FJ to an estimated 1600 ft. I really love the H165R. It's got such an intense, impressive flame for the price. It's also the perfect motor for the Aerotech Astrobee D
