I flew the Orion Star-Liner last Saturday with a G12 Aerotech reloadable motor. I complied with the Club rules and installed the igniter at the pad. With the launch pad tilted back, the deflector served as a good work bench. The weather was warm enough that my nimble fingers could handle the igniter. The motor parts were already greased. The first time I used the igniter that came with the motor, but it was too fragile and failed. On the second attempt I used an Aerotech First Fire Jr which fit into the C-slot pretty good and ignited the motor promptly. I wrestled with the Star-liner a little bit during the flight, but had a good landing.
