Open Rocket sim issues

I have some issues with the altitude I get running some sims on a new design. I created a basic 3FNC 6" diameter. Based on similar designs, normally the rocket should reach 5K to 6K ft with a baby M motor. I get results around 2K to 3K ft. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

You have a -0 delay set instead of -p (none) and so it is deploying the chute at motor burnout. The telltale sign is that the velocity at deployment is very close to the max velocity.
