OPEN ROCKET NOT FULLY OPENING

I tried to open Open Rocket to get some design info and it will not open. I get the tab at the bottom of the screen (a PC) but that's all. Any thoughts? Have been using it for some time.

Do you normally have multiple screens, or an auxiliary screen attached to a laptop?

Thanks but I figured out what I was doing wrong. I am 69 and saw nothing wrong with rotary phones.

I thought I had it fixed but ..... after being away from this a couple of weeks it will not let me edit past designs and froze. I uninstalled and reinstalled and no better. Tried earlier version too with no success,

OK, I exited the program and uninstalled open rocket. I then waited 30 minutes and reinstalled. I then tapped my computer five times with a small hammer, said a few timely swears, yelled at the dog, and lo and behold it is now working fine. Earlier today it would freeze and not let me open dialog boxes.
