The only real one left is in storage and there are some museum mock ups. If they do make a flying version I sure hope things go better for the pilot than they did on the first test flight of the Natter at the end of WWII.

As far as I can tell, this is not to be an operational model. There's talk on the German forum of some sort of simulated ignition, e.g. with smoke generators or CO2.

Note that since the safety code forbids rockets from carrying living payloads, if you do want to put a pilot into a flying rocket then you have to kill him first. :kill:

At least that would just be like the real one. Maybe it would get you even more scale points in a contest.:)

All you have to do is ride it up, aim the mortars at the B 17 formation, press the button and bail out when you think it is safe. No need to train the Hitler Youth to land.
