Although I've yet to attempt it, I plan on using a small separation charge. The old "better safe than sorry" theory. Assume it'll drag separate but don't count on it as your only mechanism.

I have flown mine, and it did drag separate on schedule, but a small charge to ensure separation certainly wouldn't hurt.

J435WS -> 1.5 sec delay -> CTI H90 = 5,800' sustainer altitude.
