His book looks really good. Can you order straight from him? Amazon.com has it listed as "Out of Print" and you can only get through the zShops.

Amazon will have the book listed out of print because they are only listing the second edition and the third edition is out now, but they haven't updated their info. Order as indicated from zshops. Great book!
