Here is a video that my friend Ivan took at the Fly-A-Ways field in Hillsboro, OR while I was doing a demo flight for them to see what rocket gliders were about. This is the 6 foot version flying on a G-12. Jolly altimeter said 425 feet, I pitched over to go upwind due to the breeze so wasn't getting full vertical.

It's pretty good on HD, pretty clear.

Cool! Assuming you have patterns for the foam cutouts, and are they something you'd be willing to share?

I never drew up plans for the larger one, but tracings for the smaller one you can find here:

Basically I just upscaled it, doubled the fuse and tail surfaces and part of the wing to the spar...same relative CG etc. Needed to keep the weight to around 22-23 oz rtf.

Here's a short build thread showing the construction of the larger one. I'd be happy to help if you decide to build one.

Great, thanks! I love your other gliders, too. :) I've got quite a few kits in the build queue, but I think I'll be able to find time for one of these in the next few months.
EDIT: I just remembered, I have a CF rod laying around that I got to use as a spar on a glider... ;)
