Since their domain has been in limbo for at least three months, I would guess that they're out of business. You could shoot an email to Balsa Machining, Mercury is owned by them, if I'm not mistaken.

If I was inclined to buy a Mercury kit I would contact Bill at BMS before using that mercury-rockets.com link.

I thought that the last vestiges of Mercury Engineering could be found in the instructions for the BMS 3inch school rocket.
