Launch visualizer

Is anyone else having issues with the launch visualizer? Logging in is a major problem and I'm not getting the 3D flight profile with some models.

No info on that I just installed mine and I cannot get a map to display. It says nothing about if you have to use like google maps or how you attach a map or why there is no map picture to select a launch site??? Whish I could help, waiting for answer from Apogee.
