I found this in my notes. Somebody posted this schematic in a forum long ago. For the electronics-challenged like me, it was a great help. After burning though crappy Estes Electron Beams and Aerotech Interlock controllers, I needed something more durable, and this fit the bill.
Interesting features:
Kudos to the author, if they are still hanging around.
Interesting features:
- 12V automotive momentary toggle switch
- shorted phono plug as a safety key
- LED and buzzer in parallel for continuity checks. I added the red momentary switch for the buzzer in my build
- small project box from Radio Shack (remember them?) fits nicely in your hand
- Pratt Hobbies 12 V Power Brick battery (not shown) still going strong
Kudos to the author, if they are still hanging around.
