In need of actual AT 54mm case sizes

If you saw my other post you know I have a burn though 54 2560.

I’ve decided to cut it down and rethread.

With that being said can someone accurately measure 1280, 852, 426?

All I need is the end to end on the cases .

I’ve seen the AT external Dimensions drawings it appears they include the fwd closure in the measurement.

It’s possible just want to get a hands on case measurement to confirm.

The lip on the 54mm case forward closure is .125 inches thick ( I just measured 4 of my 54mm fwd closures from 3 different sources). Subtract that from the drawings here: https://www.aerotech-rocketry.com/resources.aspx?id=7

Do you have the tooling to do that yourself? Or did you send it to a shop?

I would be concerned about the temper being lost from the heat.
I have shortened cases that were impact damaged but always junk burned cases. Tossed a 54/1706 at BALLS.
