I600 assembly

Does anyone know what’s going on with my i600? I put everything together per the directions but when it’s together I can hear it rattling around when I shake it. As you can see by the first photo there’s a gap between the propellant and the liner. Does anyone know what’s happening?

It's supposed to rattle!

The ends of the grains burn, that's why it's such a fast motor. They need room to spread apart while burning.
