Having the best time this year as a first year (at 45) teacher of engineering, design, and robotics classes. We started out the year with small rockets that were designed and 3d printed. Students have gotten more sophisticated as the year has gone on and now they're using laser cutters, making electronics, designing in 2d and 3d softwares and simming the hell out of their designs. I even got them to build a killer launch pad as well. Here are a few highlights and a failure or two as well. This is my job...it's pretty damn awesome! Next year, we start a rocketry club and participate in TARC (well, ARC now)!Screenshot (52).pngScreenshot_20230516-110331~2.pngScreenshot_20230516-110236~2.pngIMG_20230511_104537649.jpgIMG_20230510_123006752.jpgIMG_20221122_114004423.jpg

When I was in high school, we didn't have no stinkin'... Well anyway, we launched a Cinerroc across the Mississippi River.
