I think hazmat is only required for high power motors. Estes G40 is not a high power motor.

Not true. You can purchase a J570 HP motor non Haz.and some F's are Haz.
It has to do with the weight of individual grain weight.

However I was correcting the poster's inference that a F40 was not Haz. and that haz is only required for high power motors. All of which are not true.
