Fitting electronics in small tube

I am launching a 2.1inch punisher with an i600. Very performance flight and very high and fast flight. Fitting 2 rrc2+ and a tracker potentially would be a very hard task because of how small it is. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?

I know this isn't totally constructive, but it's my perspective: Try harder? I'm CADing up a sled to fit in a BT-55 nose cone. Evolution will be to BT-50. Bought a bunch of BT-20+ tubing a couple weeks ago.

Post some photos of the bay sled and the parts set on the sled.
This may help us give you suggestions since then we can see sizes relative to each other.

2.1 inch nosecone can easily fit a altimeter switch and battery. Im not sure why you would want (2) rrc2 but you could fit them too.
Picture below is 38mm diameter. Are you going for HEDD?
