So, I'm getting ready to throw together a Madcow 4" Little John which is based off of the original BSD Little John which I built but never flew 22 years ago. Since this doesn't have the fin-loc system like the LOC kits, I needed something to align the fins as the epoxy cured. I am still learning to use my new CNC so I figured I'd draw something up in Carveco Maker and see how it came out. This is what I came up with. I added notches with the intent to make two of them and use straight pieces of the same size wood to keep them aligned. For this one the fit is such that only one is needed for these smaller fins.
