Picked this one up out in AZ for Christmas 2019 to fly with the nieces. This is designed to be a no glue, no paint, snap together rocket. As an experienced builder wanting more than one flight out of a rocket I made some changes. Fins each got a drop of thin CA to hold them in place. THe lower fin can was attached ot the tube using thick CA.
A Kevlar leader was attached using the Estes Tri-fold mount and elastic was attached for the shock cord. The rings used as launch lugs were aligned and a drop a thin CA was wicked into the join.
Flew this one a few times in 2019 and got 2 more flights in over the holidays this year. Great flyer on a B6-4 but isn't really happy on a C6-7. Gets a bit squirrely on the top end of the flight on the C motor. Not sure if the fin are fluttering but no harm done.
