Yes, that he does...

He REALLY puts a LOT of pre-production work and testing into his kits, and if you have a problem he stands behind you 100%, even when it's really not HIS fault, to get you the parts you need to get back on track.

I've built a couple Dr. Zooch kits, and think they are great! They obviously have had a lot of attention put into the instructions, the parts are all very good quality, they have been smooth and simple builds, and when complete they make very nice modrocs. I have a couple more in my "I'll-get-to-it-someday" pile, and I am looking forward to building them. Great stuff!
