More a reminder to myself to always recheck the proper mixing ration for your epoxy.
I'd been using some Loctite 1 to 1 resin to hardener epoxy on some smaller rockets but when I started a larger one and switched back to West Systems Epoxy (which is 5 to 1) I mixed wrong and spent a week wondering why my glassed fins weren't hardening.
More ego harm than anything else. I've scrapped the fiberglass mat and sticky but non-hardening goo off of the lower extremities of my rocket and will do over again - this time remembering to mix 5-1 as per the instructions!
