You cannot deploy PB charges by any means! However, you can initiate BP deployment charges by electronic means, and they still don't like fuses.

Sorry . . . That was a "typo".

It should have read, "Does NAR allow the use of electronic deployment USING separate BP charges, in NAR competition events ?"

Also, I am talking about Altitude & Duration Events, NOT the Craftsmanship events.
