Condor's Glider

I always wanted to have this one, the Estes Condor. This weekend I built the glider just for fun while the two balsa NCs I was working on were drying. Got the plans from JIMz, printed the pattern and went on for a nice afternoon "building snack". Easy and fun to build. Later it will be the rocket itself.

 

[Fishhead]

A cheap and easy way to balance the glider for flight is a paper clip. If you can find one of the red ones, it blends right in.

I think the gliding Purell bottle would make a nice project as well.

HHHHMMMM.... Purell glider...

How about a rocket? BT-5 through it, rear ejection, thru-wall fin construction... it should work... OK Scott, sim it for us.

Can I put this glider on any booster rocket? Does the glider have any compensating stabilizing effect on the booster?
