What's the problem? Are you using the Chat button's Java applet, or a seperate program to connect?

The erroneus nickname is because of the 11 in front of your name. When you connect with the java applet (I'd download Visual IRC or mIRC and use either of those), try typing /NICK Greg (or whatever nick you'd like to use) before you get the erroneus nickname error.
